The five-star hotel structure we have designed in Latakia, on the Mediterranean coast of Syria, consists of a total of 300 rooms, including 260 standard rooms, 25 suites, 12 comfort suites and 3 grand suites. The project includes congress center, shopping mall, cinema complex, game-entertainment center, marina, tower restaurant, thermal spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and sports center.
